Bean Village Hall

The Hall comprises a large main hall with an open screen separated bar/serving area and can accommodate a maximum number of 80 people.  This maximum number must include disco/entertainment.  The hall has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.  We have a large projector screen available should this be required.

If you are planning on hiring a bouncy castle for your event please discuss this with the booking clerk at time of booking as we have very strict regulations regarding the size and positioning of inflatables in the hall.

There is a fully modernised kitchen, including freezer, microwave and hot water boiler.  The kitchen has a serving hatch opening into the hall.

HIRE CHARGES

The charge for private hire is currently £85 for a hire period of 3 hours and then £25/hour for additional hours.

NB This will be increasing for hirings after 1 September 2026 to £90 for a hire period of 3 hours and then £25/hour for additional hours.

A security deposit of £200 is required  on the day of the hiring.

Please note – We no longer accept bookings for private party events ending after 8pm and the maximum hire period for parties is 5 hours which includes the setting up and clearing away time.
